''My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.''
Maybe you know you're not doing what you love. Maybe your life lacks deeper meaning, and you have no idea what you're really passionate about. Maybe you need to find out what you are doing with your life? Maybe? No, you will definitely find out, because people were born to find true happiness and given the ability to do so. There is a key that will unlock it. And that key is within your own mind and lies within your own self-honesty.
If you haven't found your true calling, your passion for life, then you are at some level unhappy with your life. Try being brutally honest with yourself about your unhappiness and do some serious soul-searching. You need to ask yourself tough questions. You need to learned what it feels like to be the 'real you' (this is the 'honesty' part). Most people who are basically unhappy are that way because they are drifting, and do not have clear focus on what they want. Take control and find that purpose and passion. How, you ask?
Follow your curiosity and find your less obvious interests. Those interests just may tap into your unique motivations, the ones that separate you from others. Going after them them sets you on the road to unlocking who you truly are as well as your creativity. Many times, these interests will be things that do not appear to be practical and sometimes may seem silly but don't discount anything.
It's not about the money. Don't make income your primary consideration. You are looking to find something that you love doing. Part of finding it is to treat the financial as a secondary issue. If the practicality and how much money you will earn is your primary concern then you will instantly limit your options, and finding what you love will be almost impossible. But, if you allow yourself to pursue your curiosity, you will find yourself in the position of power and, eventually, in the position to earn money on your terms alone.
DO NOT set limits. Your personal limits are set by you. Your success in life is only limited by you. Your success is achieved within your own mind. Your thoughts, mixed with emotion(passion) followed by action equal success. Know you can and you will. If you want to succeed, then don’t hide behind the belief that someone else needs to empower you to do it. Do what you want to do.
The world absolutely needs your passion. Decide right now at this very moment that it is, indeed, possible to find it. Use your curiosity and make a list of what 'tickles' you. When you do find your passion, you will know it in your gut. You can be confident that your intuition will always steer you in the right direction.
Stop searching for your passion

Passion is not a plan, it's a feeling. And feelings change. We continue to use passion as the yardstick to judge everything, instead of seeing passion for what is really is: the fire that ignites when you start rubbing sticks together.
You don’t create your life and then live it. You create it by living it, not agonizing about it. She says that Passion is not a job, a sport, or a hobby. It is the full force of your attention and energy that you give to whatever is right in front of you. And if you’re so busy looking for this passion you could miss opportunities that change your life.
