Be a Peacemaker

be bestowed is that of peacemaker.''

I'm sure that you've hear that “everything is negotiable”.  We are inundated with media messages telling us that we get what we demand, not what we truly deserve. We might, in the short term become successful by demanding more than our due from others, but it will not last long. “Squeaky wheels gets the grease” type people first receive the most attention, but they usually get replaced. It’s easy for some of us to create problems and conflict but hard to lead others in the way of cooperation, peace and harmony. Be the type of individual is most valuable to your company or organization - be the peacemaker. They receive the greatest rewards in life.
