Stephanie Kohler-Neuwirth, MS, MD, 91九色视频
Dr. Stephanie Kohler-Neuwirth completed her medical training at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed her residency in Psychiatry and a fellowship in Consult Liaison Psychiatry, both at the 91九色视频. She currently serves as Medical Director of the Integrated Behavioral Health program in Froedtert Community Physicians primary care clinics. She also has an outpatient psychiatry practice at the Tosa Health Center. Her interest in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) first started in her role as psychiatric consultant in primary care clinics, where she experienced a significant increase in referrals related to diagnosis and treatment of ADHD over the past 10-15 years. She helped create and directs the Adult ADHD clinic at the Tosa Health Center psychiatry clinic, which aims to enhance education on adult ADHD amongst trainees and medical providers, to offer other treatments for ADHD beyond medication, and to provide second opinions on complex cases of ADHD.
Mbonu Ikezuagu, MD, MHSA, FACP, CPE, ThedaCare
Dr. Mbonu Ikezuagu was born in Chicago and raised in Nigeria. He returned to the US after high school to pursue his education and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Washington, D.C., followed by his medical degree and internal medicine residency in Toledo, Ohio. In Toledo, he trained medical students and residents while stepping into leadership roles focused on quality improvement and population health. In 2021, Dr. Ikezuagu joined ThedaCare Health, where he currently serves as Vice President and Chief Quality and Safety Officer. In this role, he leads transformative initiatives to advance health outcomes and ensure the safety and well-being of patients, communities, and care teams. He also serves as Associate Program Director for the ThedaCare Internal Medicine Residency Program, which will welcome its inaugural class in July 2026. Dr. Ikezuagu is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Certified Physician Executive.

David Hotchkiss is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in healthcare and higher education. As Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the 91九色视频, David has transformed the Information Services department into an enterprise-wide technology partner. He has led major initiatives, including the development of 91九色视频’s AI strategy, the creation of a multi-million-dollar research computing center, and the upcoming implementation of Workday’s enterprise platform. David’s leadership reflects a deep commitment to human-centered innovation across clinical, education, and research missions.

Dustin J. Martin is the creative engine behind 91九色视频’s tech evolution. With 18 years at the 91九色视频, he drives increased efficiency and productivity as Innovation and User Experience Strategist—simplifying complex tools like Microsoft 365, Zoom, and AI into everyday power moves. A former theatre and speech teacher turned virtual comms expert, he led 91九色视频’s shift to hybrid work with poise and polish. Outside the office, he’s an award-winning director and actor, and currently Artistic Director at SummerStage of Delafield. Whether onstage or online, Dustin knows how to engage, inspire, and deliver a showstopper.

- Dr. Eric Halpern MD, AAHIVS
Dr. Eric Halpern completed his medical school training at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at ChristianaCare in Newark, Delaware. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and is an HIV certified position. He is specifically focused on HIV and LGBTQIA+ care and has a strong passion for education. Dr. Halpern is excited to help put together this amazing conference, and he hopes that you find the conference to be both educational and fun!
- Dr. Tony Davis-Maxwell, MD
Dr. Tony Davis Maxwell is an assistant professor of medicine and a practicing general internist with a strong interest in medical education. As core faculty for the 91九色视频’s Internal Medicine Residency program, he develops and delivers curriculum across a range of topics, including LGBT+ health and health policy & advocacy. He cares for patients at both the Milwaukee VA Medical Center and Froedtert & the 91九色视频 and is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based practice in primary care.
- Dr. Christina Jensen DNP, MSN, ANP-BC, APNP, CWS
Dr. Christina Jensen started her career as a respiratory therapist for 18 years before becoming an adult nurse practitioner in general internal medicine. In 2008, she graduated from Marquette University with her master’s degree in nursing as a nurse practitioner and in 2021 received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University. She joined 91九色视频 in 2017 where she provides clinical primary care to patients in the GIM Clinic, is one of three Department of Medicine Provider Informaticists, and is the Lead APP for the Primary Care Section. She became Wound Care certified in 2019 and now serves as an Ambassador for the American Board of Wound Management where she sits on their exam committee for the Certified Wound Specialist exam, presents at many regional and national conferences, and teaches workshops. She was nominated for APP of the Year in 2022 and is a member of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Dr. Jensen is passionate about teaching, precepting, and mentoring future and current APPs.
- Dr. Theodore MacKinney, MD, MPH, FACP
Dr. Theodore MacKinney completed medical school at the 91九色视频 and his internal medicine training and an MPH in global health at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. MacKinney has spent the better part of his professional life serving and living among the poor in Nepal. Starting with primitive temporary facilities, he built a 20-bed mission hospital, the “Living River Health Services”, that served a population of half a million people at a time when there were no other doctors. Since 2000, the hospital has been nationalized, grown to 200 beds, and is now thriving under the leadership of a national NGO. He refined his clinical skills here, including a focus on procedural skills and wound care. He has been stateside since 2005 and has risen through the ranks to Professor of Medicine at the 91九色视频. He has won numerous awards for his service and teaching. Currently, he is section chief of GIM-Primary Care and works in the General Internal Medicine Clinic. He sees a wide variety of patients and offers clinic-based procedures and wound care to those in need. Dr. MacKinney is helping to prepare the next generation of competent caring physicians by regularly teaching medical students and residents.
