Keynote Speakers
Stephanie Kohler-Neuwirth, MS, MD, 91ɫƵ
Dr. Stephanie Kohler-Neuwirth completed her medical training at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed her residency in Psychiatry and a fellowship in Consult Liaison Psychiatry, both at the 91ɫƵ. She currently serves as Medical Director of the Integrated Behavioral Health program in Froedtert Community Physicians primary care clinics. She also has an outpatient psychiatry practice at the Tosa Health Center. Her interest in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) first started in her role as psychiatric consultant in primary care clinics, where she experienced a significant increase in referrals related to diagnosis and treatment of ADHD over the past 10-15 years. She helped create and directs the Adult ADHD clinic at the Tosa Health Center psychiatry clinic, which aims to enhance education on adult ADHD amongst trainees and medical providers, to offer other treatments for ADHD beyond medication, and to provide second opinions on complex cases of ADHD.
Mbonu Ikezuagu, MD, MHSA, FACP, CPE, ThedaCare
Dr. Mbonu Ikezuagu was born in Chicago and raised in Nigeria. He returned to the US after high school to pursue his education and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Washington, D.C., followed by his medical degree and internal medicine residency in Toledo, Ohio. In Toledo, he trained medical students and residents while stepping into leadership roles focused on quality improvement and population health. In 2021, Dr. Ikezuagu joined ThedaCare Health, where he currently serves as Vice President and Chief Quality and Safety Officer. In this role, he leads transformative initiatives to advance health outcomes and ensure the safety and well-being of patients, communities, and care teams. He also serves as Associate Program Director for the ThedaCare Internal Medicine Residency Program, which will welcome its inaugural class in July 2026. Dr. Ikezuagu is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Certified Physician Executive.

David Hotchkiss is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in healthcare and higher education. As Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the 91ɫƵ, David has transformed the Information Services department into an enterprise-wide technology partner. He has led major initiatives, including the development of 91ɫƵ’s AI strategy, the creation of a multi-million-dollar research computing center, and the upcoming implementation of Workday’s enterprise platform. David’s leadership reflects a deep commitment to human-centered innovation across clinical, education, and research missions.
Dustin Martin, 91ɫƵ
Dustin J. Martin is the creative engine behind 91ɫƵ’s tech evolution. With 18 years at the 91ɫƵ, he drives increased efficiency and productivity as Innovation and User Experience Strategist—simplifying complex tools like Microsoft 365, Zoom, and AI into everyday power moves. A former theatre and speech teacher turned virtual comms expert, he led 91ɫƵ’s shift to hybrid work with poise and polish. Outside the office, he’s an award-winning director and actor, and currently Artistic Director at SummerStage of Delafield. Whether onstage or online, Dustin knows how to engage, inspire, and deliver a showstopper.
