My main focus in practice is providing high quality, comprehensive, patient-centered care to a person when they are acutely ill in the hospital. This ranges from getting them on a road to recovery from their acute illness to utilizing a multi-disciplinary team of nursing staff, therapists, social workers and consultants to aid in their treatment. This also aids in identifying needs for ongoing post-hospital recovery/rehabilitation.
