Valerie is a former psychiatric nurse practitioner, Army veteran, and accomplished healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in mental health care, strategic operations, and organizational management. A former U.S. Army Nurse Corps officer, Valerie’s career spans clinical practice, risk management, and executive-level program development, with a proven record of improving patient outcomes, optimizing workflows, and driving cross-functional initiatives. Today, she leverages her medical expertise, military discipline, and business acumen to provide strategic consulting for healthcare organizations, guiding operational improvements, growth strategies, and system-wide transformations.
